Flower
This mezuzah cover incorporates artist Edoardo Villa’s panel that depicts a flower. This is the symbol for the tribe of Reuben. Reuben was the first son of Jacob and Leah. This flower is the mandrake root and according to Genesis 30 verse 14 Reuben found a mandrake in the field. Rachel exchanged the flower from Leah for a night in Jacobs’s bed, resulting in the birth of Issachar, Zebulon and daughter, Dinah.
Each mezuzah is approx 165mm long x 135mm wide x 25mm high (incl backplate).They can comfortably hold a 100mm mezuzah scroll/klaf.
